The first one told me everything I needed to know… We can build this. 🏀 The vision was simple: create a space where high-level players could come in, compete, get real work, and let the basketball speak for itself. No extra. No politics. Just good players, good energy, and competitive hoops. What started as an idea turned into a gym full of pros trusting the environment enough to show up and compete. That means more to me than people probably realize. This was Run #1. Not the finished product. Not the destination. Just proof that the foundation is there. Appreciate every player who pulled up, competed, and helped set the tone for what this can become. More soon. THIS IS WHAT THEY DON’T SEE. 🏀 📍: @lifetime.nyc 📸: @dreamshake.images #ProBasketball #ProRuns #BasketballRuns #NYCBasketball NYCHoops

NOW/NEXT Session 2.
Prepared. Thank you to every kid who showed up, listened, worked, and brought their energy into the gym. This session gave the players an inside look into the preparation it takes to be a top 5 pick. Some areas that we focused on: pick and roll reads, midrange shot making, deceleration, footwork and form. Thank you to @k3aton_w for leading by example and giving back to the next generation just two days before being drafted by the Clippers. The NOW NEXT team would also like to thank everyone who helped bring this session to life— @prohoopsinc , Lifetime Sky, @promondo_sports , @highlights.from.heaven , @mpvisuals24 , @tessaqueri , @luciae.06 , @vincent.giovinazzo , all of the parents, and especially the fathers who spent Father’s Day in the gym, giving their kids this opportunity. This is why we do it.

Excited to see all your growth at the professional level. A huge thank you to the Promondo team for trusting in me to help lead this process. Looking forward to what’s next!

What an unforgettable milestone in this young man’s @k3aton_w career drafted with the 5th pick to the @laclippers . It’s been an honor for all of us at @promondo_sports to be part of his journey. The entire experience was surreal, and I’m incredibly grateful to have witnessed this moment firsthand. This is only the beginning, here’s to the next chapter and everything that’s still to come.

Over the last two months, I’ve had the opportunity to work with @k3aton_w as he prepares for the NBA Draft. I knew he was talented watching him at Illinois, but being around him every day made it clear just how high his ceiling really is. Despite everything he’s already accomplished, there’s still so much untapped potential in his game. An elite player and an even better person. Excited to see what’s next.
