This closing was special (which is why we are smiling so hard in the photo). I have known @kss727 Keisa since college. When she called me to assist her with the purchase of her home, she scheduled an appointment and in walks these two amazing ladies with her…her mother and her aunt. During our initial consultation, I could tell her mom was sizing me up 😂. (She is a retired educator and does not play.) They had a list of very specific items they wanted. I explained how the process works and I could see her nodding her head like, okay…Joetta knows what she is doing. 😅🥰🥰 We got to work. Since I study the market, I knew exactly the floor plan and neighborhood that fit their criteria but it was in the opposite city of where two of them wanted to go. 😂😂. After looking at a few other places, we finally visited “the neighborhood”, and all three immediately fell in love with the floor plan and the community. Yaayyy!!!# Each lady wanted their own space, Keisa needed an office, her mom a bedroom with a private ensuite, and her aunt wanted privacy and a large closet…and guess what? Keisa has a sitting area/office attached to her bedroom, the builder extended her mom’s room to make it wider and closed off the wall to make it a private bath. A powder room was added on the first floor and it turned out fantastic. When I tell you by the time we got done with the semi-custom structural features, the builder had people coming to look at it. I’ll bet the builder is going to redo the plan with our design one day. They need to rename it after us 😉😂😂 It was an amazing process and I am so happy for Keisa and her family. Her mom says I am a member of the family now ☺️🥰🥰🥰. It was an honor to help three women create a multi-generational option that actually works! I am grateful it was a very smooth process. Thank you @tier1homeinspectionsnc for always doing a great job.
