The scoreboard tells you who won. It doesn’t tell you who’s ready for what comes next. 🏈

We got a behind-the-scenes look at the K-State football complex — weight rooms, recovery suites, film rooms, the parts fans never see. What stood out wasn’t the equipment. It was the system. Every rep planned. Every meal tracked. Every snap studied.

That’s exactly how we think about money.
Today’s student-athletes are earning real income — NIL deals, endorsements, appearances — often before anyone’s taught them how to build a budget or file a return. And for the vast majority, the athletic career is the short chapter. The financial one lasts a lifetime.

At Grow Together Initiative, we give kids, teens, and young adults the fundamentals that turn a paycheck into a legacy: budgeting, saving, credit, investing, and entrepreneurship. Generational wealth isn’t luck. It’s a playbook, run with discipline.
Champions don’t wing it. Neither should your money.

Big thanks to the K-State staff for the access. 🟣

Senior Spotlight 🎓✨

Today we’re celebrating Leah Roane (@leah.roane ), a senior from Kansas State University (@kstaterow | @kansasstateuniversity ) graduating with a double major in Dietetics and Nutrition & Health and continuing her journey through a Master’s program and Dietetic Internship.

Her time in college has been marked by leadership, excellence, and service. From serving as President of the Kappa Pi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. (@kstateakas ), earning Honor Roll recognition, and being named All Big-12 First Team for three years, to creating impact beyond sport as Co-Chair of the Cat’s Cupboard Advisory Board (@catscupboardksu ) and serving as an Event Coordinator for SAAC (@kstate_athletes ) and SNAP Outreach Ambassador, her legacy reaches far beyond any one title.

Her journey reflects what happens when passion meets purpose and achievement is paired with service to others.

Her words of wisdom:

“When you look back at your four years in college, realize that it was not about the classes or the exams, but the person you became along the way. All of these things shaping you into someone more capable than you ever imagined. Trust the process, trust God and know that every step is preparing you for what’s next.”

Leah, thank you for the way you have led, served, and poured into every space you’ve entered! Your impact extends beyond achievements and accolades, it lives in the people you’ve supported and the communities you’ve strengthened. We celebrate not only all that you’ve accomplished in sport, academics, and leadership, but who you are beyond those roles. Congratulations, and we are excited to see all that’s ahead 💜🤍

Days like these……

Just back from a family trip that took us to Toronto (4 days), Columbia Missouri and Manhattan Kansas to visit our daughters and celebrating 🎉 the magna cum laude graduation (major business marketing) of Noa.

After four incredible years of personal, academic and athlete development and finding love 💜 in and with Manhattan. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for you. I dammn proud of you 🫶🏼

Great to meet Orlando jr, his mother Elsie and sister Dom, it was a blast meeting up with you in Manhattan, thanks for coming over to see us.

Also took the time to shop a pair of new country boots, visit a aircraft museum in Topeka and thanks Caleb for taking us to the shooting range 👌🏼.

Thank you Stew and Rinko 🙏🏼, you raised the bar for Noa’s athletic development.

Thanks to Gemma Webster - @peakusagolf for supporting Noa to get into collegegolf at the first place 👍🏼 I recommend her to every aspiring collegegolfer.

For ever a Wildcat 💜

My goodness is right! 🤩 An executive home in Manhattan priced at $1.4M… that doesn’t just check boxes, it raises the bar. From the moment you pull up, you can tell this one hits different.
