In this life, it’s very rare to have true friendships. @kstennis and I have developed one of the best friendships that I have ever had in my life. We literally talk about EVERYTHING. We laugh, cry, pray, encourage, and brainstorm together. I’m blessed to have such an amazing person in my life and look forward to many more years of calling my beautiful friend ugly on a daily basis. Lol. Love you, girl!!!

Fitness isn’t always just about what you do with your body, it’s a lot about what you do in your head. We teamed up with @NannyNodNYC co-founder @Kstennis and created the MIND, BODY, SOUL challenge and cleanse. The cleanse details will be in the September issue of SUAVV. Be ready for this. We are here to change lives. .
