I don’t usually shoot proposals, engagements, or weddings, but when it’s my own nephew, whom I adore beyond words, there was no version of me saying no. Pressure was on though. One shot, one moment, hiding behind a lava rock blind that my husband and I constructed while waiting for the moment at the top of Mount Bachelor - so we wouldn’t blow the surprise.

Sophie was utterly caught off guard and the emotion had me shooting with teary eyes ! . We have been hoping for this day for so long. We love them as a couple and we know they are going to build a beautiful life together.

Welcome to the family, Sophie ❤️❤️❤️❤️. And well done, Connor Joe !!! We love you both so much !#
