Coffee shop mornings or wine-tasting afternoons? Why not both?

A scenic hike or a stroll through Old Town? Auburn says, “How about both?”

Small-town charm or a quick trip to the big city? Best of both worlds.

A cozy local favorite or a new spot to try? Your weekend plans are covered.

A day by the river or sunset views in the foothills? Tough choice… unless you live here!

That’s the magic of living in Auburn, CA — Gold Country charm, outdoor adventures, local gems, and a community that makes you feel right at home.

Comment LOCAL and I’ll send you my free Living Like An Auburn Local with even more of the good stuff for the rest of the season.

We made it onto the leaderboard last month within our brokerage @guide.real.estate as the #3 team!! It’s truly amazing what is possible when you get the right group of people working together @chicourratteam . But none of this would be possible without YOU and the referrals our team has received. We genuinely appreciate all of you for trusting us with your real estate journey, and are excited to see where these next years take us 🏡🙌🏼
