Horses don’t trust blindly.
They notice every inconsistency.
They know if you’re not aligned inside.
Learning to slow down and develop real discernment isn’t just about working with horses.
It’s about becoming someone they...and you... can truly trust. 🤍✌️

I used to think more effort was the answer.
More doing.
More pushing.
More trying to control everything.
Horses don’t work like that.
They don’t respond to chaos.
They respond to calm.
And learning that…
changed the way I move through everything. 🤍

Horses don’t do well alone.
They need their herd.
The right environment.
A space where they can settle… and just be.
I don’t think we’re any different.
And when you find the right kind of space…
you feel it. 🤍

Red 40 reminds me of myself. For a decade, I was always moving from fire to fire, on edge, never fully able to relax into the present. Now, I’ve embraced a less chaotic life with horses.

We’re both learning to relax & find joy in simple moments. I believe the horses we meet along our life journey are no coincidence.

They reflect the journeys we're on 🤍🫶🕊🦄

This is the part of horses that gets overlooked…
The quiet.
The stillness.
The slow moments that don’t need to lead anywhere.
No pressure.
No expectations.
Just being there.
And somehow… that’s the part that brings you back to yourself.
Save this if you need more of this kind of space 🤍

Not everyone wants the horse world to feel like pressure.
Some of us just want to ride… breathe… and enjoy it again.
And that doesn’t make you any less of a horsewoman.
It might actually mean you’ve grown.
Comment PEACE if this is you 🤍#alphamareservices #unwindwithme #WomenAndHorses #horse #RideForJoy

Modern women carry a lot.
Pressure to succeed.
Pressure to perform.
Pressure to hold everything together.
The horse world should not add to it.
Horses are where we come to breathe again.
Horses bring women back to themselves. It's more than ok to just be with horses.❤️🫶✨️✌️🙌

It’s -9 windchill. It’s looking a lot like I won’t be going outside today. Hope the humans have the paper towels and wipes on standby. #judgmentalbeagle #rescuedog #beagles #sassy
