Pffffftttt...I can’t contain my excitement...the Founder Speaker Series has over 115 people on the waitlist!!! That’s bonkers!

Why is this online event so freaking exciting? What’s all the hype about?

Well, I will tell you that if it weren’t for great mentors, my business @heatherschoice wouldn’t still be here today.

It was a friend and mentor who first dared me to give this thing a go.

It was another mentor who told me to launch my e-commerce site on Shopify instead of Wordpress back in the day (thank goodness...I didn’t know any better at the time).

It was my long time business mentor Dan who would sit me down when I’d run out of cash for the umpteenth time and say, “Well...how would you like to move forward?” He always poised the question as if I had a choice, to remind me that I always have options even when things felt SUPER dire.

As a way to help YOU build your business, I’ve recruited some of my favorite founders (and mentors) for this immersive online event. Think of it as business boot camp for anyone who has BIG dreams and aspirations!

Personally, I CAN’T WAIT to pick their brains on everything from fundraising to growing an audience to lead generation to product development and beyond! My list of questions is already a mile long.

If you’re one of the 100+ folks who saved your spot on the waitlist, leave me a comment below! I’d love to know who you are and to hear all about the business you’re building (or dreaming about starting).

A federal judge has ruled that COMMERCIAL FILM PERMITS NO LONGER REQUIRED to film in National Parks. As many of you know, I have been compelled by the federal government to remove my public land films and I have been prevented from sharing all of my fall elk and hunts from 2021. Existing commercial film laws are absolutely ridiculous, cost an exorbitant amount of money, and are written so broadly that the federal government can weaponize them to use against any individual they choose to target—the laws are a prime example of government overreach. So I am not surprised that a federal judge has just determined that commercial film laws violate our first amendment rights. A judge has issued a permanent injunction against the feds, preventing them from enforcing commercial film permits in National Parks. The judge stated if the federal govern is going to infringe on the 1st Amendment, they better have a damn good reason to justify their actions. She further stated that the current commercial filming laws ARE NOT narrowly defined and do not rise above the scrutiny of infringing upon the 1st Amendment. For more information, checkout the video link in my bio. In the meantime, I’m gonna start producing some fall hunting films 🤘🏼🎥🍿 #gritty
