Why Raving Matters [Free Zine] December 2025 by [ @diskjockeyblu | @s.o.u.r.events ] This zine was made as my midterm for Journalism with SACs @eldonnews In the zine, I go over why raving is important and its origins touching on New York’s and Orange County’s influence on the growing scene. I will go into more depth on ravings origins in a later zine, as I did not mention those before Frankie Bones and the movement that was dance culture. However this was a great way to introduce people who may not know lick about our culture and to teach whomever isn’t in the know about Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect! I also shout out @partywithmel , @ktra_alberto , @happycore.fluttershy , and @kitschkore for their Cerulean Nights Rave! Huge thanks to the @ocshufflers for letting me interview them and be apart of their gathering! AND if you’re in Santa Ana definitely check out notus.xyz they are amazing! #rave #ravezine #zine #groovegeneration #soundofunitedravers #kandi #kandikid #plur #edm #frankiebones #santaana #orangecounty #oczinefest
