A day to remember!

Some days you don’t realize the version of you you’ve become until you’re in it.

I showed up. I pushed through. I finished.

Still growing, still learning, but proud of this moment.

2 more to go. Let's gooooo! #spartanrace #spartanracecanada #boxxingcrew

Catalina, you are the person who first pushed me off PT at boxxing 🥊 for that I thank you dearly

Kateryna, you are an excellent example of what quiet strength looks like bravo .

Olivia watching you bolster your mindset and physical strength each and every session is truly a gift as your coach

Malibu, our sessions were super fun and I thank you for all your support

Valentin, the crews rocket man, but you never forgot about us even 20,000 feet up thanks

Wendy, you are so strong as a result you had the most reps on the board bravo bravo

Nathan, brother you made awesome progress, keep it up because the sky is the limit for you

Manel also known as super Aunt I always believed you could fight your way onto the board and for that I am proud

Justine, you always do what’s asked of you. That’s why you will continue to break past every goal you set for yourself.

The mountain only asks one question:

Will you climb?

Join JP and his fellow contenders as they prepare to take on the Spartan Race at Mont-Tremblant — an obstacle course designed to test strength, endurance, resilience, and teamwork.

With only a few days remaining before race day, the challenge is set.

Office skit semi private edition.

In ancient Greece, the gymnasium shaped the whole person.
Strenuous exercise. Philosophical dialogue. Music and art.
This semi-private is our modern version of that space.

These three girls showed up week after week to my HIIT classes, built real strength and even got their first pushup’s.

After identifying their specific goals of growing the glutes and leaning out, they knew they needed more focus on time under tension and progressive overload.

That is where our semiprivate training shines . They still got the class feel that brought them together at boxxing 🥊 studio, but now with their coach’s full undivided attention and programming specific to their goals.

If this sounds like you and you want to know what my one-on-one coaching and semiprivate sessions can do for you, I’m always happy to offer the first class free with a body scan. We will identify your specific goals and I will give you actionable steps you can take with my full undivided support . DM me today. 💪
