I may not have the most active competitive career as far as competing goes
But I make Legendary moves and have made memories that I dreamed of when I got into the sport 🤙🏽

Check ins from today at 239.2lbs. The goal is simple, put on as much quality tissue as possible while minimizing fat gain. Way too many people believe that if they just get heavier it will translate to a better look. This is not the case just because you weigh more doesn’t translate to a better package. Keep it tight and use your training as the main driver for growth. Don’t get lost in the sauce and have fun, we don’t get to do this forever.

When I say you are more capable than you think you are, I mean it… because once upon a time, I was just like you.

Invest in the process and trust it.

You won’t see your results immediately or even for some time, but I promise you’ll be grateful that you kept going.

2022 — 205 lbs ➡️ 2026 — 158 lbs (stage weight)

What makes me happy? This. ✝️💟🙏🏼
I feel like Michael Jackson on stage. Whatever movements I make, that’s simply God flowing through me on stage. I never plan, I just flow based off the vibe. ☮️

Push phase Week 3. Weight: 231.8lbs. Things are going extremely well and body is responding tremendously. Name of the game is growing while not allowing ourselves to get sloppy. I absolutely love this sh*t.

May 30, 2026. 10 Year Anniversary Guest Posing 🙏🏽
I’ve lost count how many times I’ve posed at @stevekuclo and @michellesylviakuclo show now; the @kucloclassic

Every single time, I feel like I’m simply blessed when I return to your stage.
This year was a great adventure for me spiritually.

I ran into some turbulence, experienced some new situations and was led by God through it all. And came out stronger.. more courageous. Looking back it is ALWAYS GOD! Amen 🙏🏽

My time on the mic 🎤 was very special for me.

Having my coach @superman51016 with me (also for the like 4th time now at this show haha) was memorable to say the least. I love you dude and thank you 🙏🏽 for being the best.
