$we live in a world of a comparison. they say comparison kills, i’ve felt the feeling and you probably have to. so how can we break free. the thing about comparing is that there is so much we don’t know about others you don’t know their story, the advantages they had, their context, but you can know yours. Especially on social media where we only see a fraction of peoples lives. I changed my mindset it’s me vs me. And u can change yours too Kaizen: A Japanese philosophy of constant improvement.
