A week in a film - not every frame was in focus. Not every shot was steady.
Still the most perfect week.
Grateful for these girls, this island, this exact chaos.

Little Lizzy never saw this coming. Same kid, just taller and better at avoiding birthdays. 34, and this year I let my girls in on the escape plan.

Was unsere Trainer:innen ausmacht – 3 Gründe 🍃

Good movement isn’t just about doing it — it’s about doing it right. 🤍 At @elysio_studio our trainers are here to guide, correct and motivate. Because precision and control aren’t details — they’re everything. The right technique protects your body, deepens your practice and creates results that actually last. This is what we care about. Every class. Every rep. Every correction.

What a weekend. 🤍 We had the honour of hosting an intimate workshop with @redthreadranch_krn and @davorkakulenovic — welcoming Pilates teachers from around the world to our @elysio_studio in Stuttgart. Two days of deep learning, shared movement, and the kind of conversations that remind you why this work matters.

Thank you to everyone who made it special! @redthreadranch_krn for your knowledge and generosity,
all the international teachers who travelled to be here! @glambou_official for the beautiful goodies, @sambergwein for sharing your art with our space and @judithhaaa_ for the banana bread.

So grateful to never stop learning about the method! See you next time. 🤍

Klassisches Pilates vs. HIIT? Klassisches Pilates folgt sechs Prinzipien ⬇️
🍃 Zentrierung: Alles beginnt im Powerhouse.
🍃 Konzentration: Der Geist führt die Bewegung.
🍃 Kontrolle: Kein Schwung
🍃 Präzision: Ein Zentimeter macht den Unterschied.
🍃 Atmung: Sie ist nicht Begleitung. Sie ist Struktur.
🍃 Flow: Wenn alles zusammenkommt, spürst du es.

Klassisches Pilates? Read more!

EN

🌟 Classical Pilates follows the original method by Joseph Pilates: precise, controlled movements with a strong focus on breath, alignment, and deep muscle activation. Quality over quantity.
🌟 High-intensity Pilates is faster and more dynamic, often with higher reps or added weights – more cardio-driven and sweat-focused.
🌟 And why we love classical Pilates?
Because real, lasting strength is built through precision – not speed. 🤍
