Today was OCTA Milton's kids promotion day.

I am so proud of and grateful for all the kids and families we have.

Every single one of these kids work so hard and the results of their hard work shows. They step on the mats and do their best, have fun, and learn how to protect themselves and others around them. They learn to build the confidence required to stand up for themselves and others; how to de-escalate and avoid confrontations using every other tool possible before resorting to using violence.

Thank you to all the kids, their parents, and families. Without you, we wouldn't exist!

Thank you to all the coaches @jake.b.g2011 , @maritangle , @moralmarko , @kujam , and to Vanessa at the front desk. Without you guys, I would be struggling to keep up with everything!

THANK YOU ALL!!!!

Haymakers are one of the most common types of punches you'll encounter in the street. Learn how to defend yourself in many different scenarios at any of our @octabjjofficial locations!

BJJ is a great martial art which uses physics and bio mechanics to gain advantages over bigger, heavier, stronger opponents.
