Part 2....

Enjoy every stage of life and growth ✨️

Always been present in the here and now, even when your still striving to reach goals.

We miss out on so much life because we are consistently striving for more. Wanting more from life is great, but slow down and enjoy the journey ✨️

Become so Bulletproof that other people's perceptions, narratives or attempts to assassinate your character dont phase or bother you.

Stand so strong and sovereign in who you are that other people's projections bounce right back to sender. WGAF what people think aslong as YOU know!!

Keep being you and keep it moving.
We dont sweat the small stuff over here ✨️

Being a neurodivergent parent to a child who is also neurodeverse.... The struggle is real ❤️

Having a thorough understanding of not just myself but also my daughter on this journey has helped so much. Il be honest, I went through a stage were I really really struggled and was actually quite low.

But the more I have learnt and the more I have worked on myself to become the type of parent I need to be to meet my daughters needs, it has become a lot easier.

I'm finally finding the balance with everything after feeling like I was drowning a fighting a loosing battle. I hope by sharing these parts of my life might help others and or bring some comfort.

I sympathise so much with parents who parent children on the spectrum, because it is so hard and overwhelming. But once you get into the flow of things it does get easier. It takes a lot of unlearning and relearning but you do get there and things become more balanced.
