House of Rohet - Mihirgarh Room Tour

Shandaar Suite - Massive room of 1700 sq ft, super comfortable & tastefully done keeping the regional flavour. Very subtle & the best part is the bathroom has 2 sinks 😅 #ifykyk

Other highlights of the room - outdoor jacuzzi, a patio under the neem tree & a small balcony sitout where you can listen to chirping birds & galloping horses

One of the most satisfying #POV for a fitness coach! Watching your crew zone out from the world, check into their workout & give it their 100%!!

@kunal.narsey locks out that OHP with perfect form - shrugged shoulders, head forward, braced core and squeezes glutes ✅✅

There are two types of people - the ones who skip cool down VS the ones who make most out of it! 😌

Cool down is important because:

🧊 allows for a gradual recovery of an in increased heart rate
🧊 resets changes of muscle length from the workout
🧊 it helps regulate blood flow
🧊 as the names suggest, it’s cools your body down & brings it to normal temperature

Today we stepped away from the weights and worked on technique. Gymnastic training drills built up to an assisted handstand (and a few tumbles 😂)
Swipe for flips 🤸🏽‍♂️➡️

@coachapoorv is in the studio every Tue, Thu & Sat morning... Whatsapp 📲to book a trial class with him (link in bio) or just pop in to say hello 👋

We’re nice - promise 🤓
