What a MAD Weekend!

After 2 years of on & off boothing, this was the first time I actually got proper photos and videos of the people who got smth (MAD shoutout to LEEE & SIM 📸) and even better, I wasn’t over stressed (MADder shoutout to Jesus 🙏)

It felt so good to actually enjoy the process, to be present and witness people interact with what I made and just…chill.

There’s still so much I want to do, but I’m reminding myself, it’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon. Bit by bit, project by project, I’m gonna keep building fun things.

squishy's comm definitely made me giggle bcs i saw the files and was like WOW! swuishy refs!! and then i see not 1 not 2 but 7 syoya pics 💔 he was so fun to draw tho so i'm not even mad ☝️😙 (def didnt fight for my life giggling kicking my feet)

as for kuri's comm, i was given the honor to draw kura!! their oc design is absolutely so cutieful and i love me a lil demon fella hehe. i had the most fun rendering the hair.. something about the way they designed the hair is soooo nice + i got to stare at scoups and mingyu pics for pose references 😼

#artvsartist #artvsartist2024 I didn’t create much this year bc of work but i’d still like to celebrate my small wins bc it’s honestly been a roller coaster of a year for me 🫨🤟

➤ 3 booths (asia cat expo, art riot, mercury fest) 🖼️💥
➤ had my first consignment!! ☕️
➤ went for my first sketchwalk🚶‍♀️
➤ visited new zealand 🏞️
➤ fixed my feet 🦶😀🦶

i also had a breakdown + had to go back for therapy and fell sick six times LMAO BUT i haven’t given up on art so Ws in chat guys!! I genuinely love creating and expressing myself and I’m so so thankful for every single one of u who enjoy my works and have supported me in one way or another :) it fills me with so much joy when you guys reach out to let me know that you’ve missed seeing my art or missed me at booths even. though I didn’t create as much as I wanted, this year has been jam packed with so much love and quality time with my family and friends which I am beyond grateful for!!

I am soooo excited for 2025 and I definitely want to commit to creating more… if all goes well, I have so many plans for art and merch and maybe even patreon and I hope y’all stay tuned!! may strength and love find us always and may many good opportunities (and good health) await us in 2025 💜

finally taking an introvert’s day out all by my lil ol self (and lil lovely laura) after back to back boothing weekends again

went to a cafe with no one in it and it was pure bliss UNTIL two yapperoni dudes came in midway through my stickerbook stickerbooking, talking really loudly 😒🫨 some people are just so… “can you please stop talking”

but alas i wanted to fill up as many pages and drink up that dairy filled latte so i powered through their yappings (and put a peaceful audio over this reel)

all this to say, i do feel my soul and girlie self replenished after making cute themed pages in my stickerbook 🥳

thank u for all the support at @mercuryfestsg aka my last booth of 2024!! and thank u to the lovely mf organisers for taking good care of us with care packages and hydration 🤟

i had a blast and im so grateful that i got to be surrounded by so many silly goofy friends + amazing artists and small businesses 💜 im also deeply appreciative of everyone who came down to say hi and anyone who bought something!!
