Howard Homecoming at The Mecca ❤️💙🦬

We walked the yard, laughed, and reconnected with old friends from Kurt’s playing days at HU. 🏈

And we were reminded that the places that shaped us mean even more when we share them with each other. #howarduniversity #howardhomecoming

Gage has committed to his opportunity to play this game football something that’s rare these days do to a lack of understanding the time we are allotted. We teach our kids to know and understand this vital and valuable space in their lives. @gagescheurn

We’re halfway through, and the celebration continues. ✨

Meet more of our 55 for 55 honorees!❤️💙

For Day 3, we’re shining the spotlight on more alumni whose careers, contributions and impact reflect the excellence of the Cathy Hughes School of Communications. Across generations and industries, our honorees continue to lead, innovate, serve and make their mark.

With 55 honorees and so many accomplishments to celebrate, Instagram simply doesn’t give us enough space to share their full bios here. We’re reserving those fuller stories for our 55 for 55 Recognition Ceremony during Homecoming, where we’ll more fully recognize the accomplishments, contributions and impact behind this distinction.

Interested in attending the ceremony? The event is currently invitation-only to ensure that our honorees and their guests have an opportunity to RSVP first. If capacity allows, we hope to welcome additional guests. Stay tuned for updates regarding available space.

Honorees are also able to bring guests, so if you know someone being recognized, you may want to reach out to them directly.

Recognize someone in today’s group? Give them their flowers in the comments 💐, tag someone who knows their work, and share this post so we can celebrate them far beyond our own page.

22 honorees down, 33 celebrated after today.

Come back tomorrow for Day 4 as we continue honoring the alumni who are Telling the Story. Shaping the Culture.❤️💙✨

Yesterday, I had a slow start and wasn’t feeling great so I didn’t make it to the gym. I didn’t have time before a meeting and picking up kids from school. I still got my leg work in, but decided to do it a different way. It was so hot in Oklahoma during the summer, over 100 degrees most days it seemed, I didn’t do any outside workouts. Most of the time I just didn’t go outside until really late. I pulled out my 55lb Kettlebell and got to work in my driveway. I kept it simple, only three sets of each four exercises. While I lift way more weight in the gym, I was absolutely busted after this workout. This was one of the hardest workouts I’ve done in a while and my legs are really sore today. Intensity is not found in a location- it’s a mindset. I hope you all had a great day. Always find a way and never quit.

See all these moves on my Story daily. Follow my full Kettlebell Leg Workout below, then walk with Wittig and do it!

1. KBell Squat: 3x15
2. KBell Lunge: 3x12
3. KBell Somersault Squat: 3x12
4. KBell Swing: 3x15
*I used a 55lb kbell

I stepped onto that stage as the 2026 Phoenix TITAN 100 Board Chair, and I was freaking ecstatic. ❤️

Getting to welcome this year’s class, celebrate alongside amazing friends, and look out at a room full of people building incredible things was a moment I won’t forget.

This community has become so much more than an award to me. It’s friendships, honest conversations, doors opened for each other, and a whole lot of cheering when someone you love gets their moment. Watching my friends continue to win in life and business will never get old.

And having my daughter Ayzli there with me? That made the night even sweeter. She sees the long days and everything that goes into building a business. I’m so thankful she got to share in the celebration, too.

I’m stepping into this next year with a full heart and big plans for how we can connect, support each other, and make this community even stronger.

Congratulations to the 2026 Phoenix TITAN 100! Let’s show up for each other and build the biggest, baddest Titan community in the country. 🔥
