I sometimes get a little stress tummy, or just even bloated from foods or just haven't had time to work on my tummy. My tummy has always kind of been hard for me to get just the way I want. But this shape wear is great for workouts with fast weight loss results in the tummy area.

Breathable white/beige body shaper, that helps with back pain, hands, feet pain. May body shaper is in a size medium, I needed up the first time around buying an x-small that I couldn't breathe in, or put in on my around my waist area.
It also gives you the hour glass body shape you have always wanted. By made by @kurveshapers

Day 2 in my new @kurveshapers vented waist trainer. I’ve got to admit, I was a little skeptical at first, but this thing is great! It’s comfortable and moves with my body, and i can wear it under anything (including this thin silky blouse) and no one is any the wiser. Two thumbs up from this postpartum mama.

So recently I've started waist training using @kurveshapers. Here is a before and after of how this slims you out and puts your curves in the right places. .
.
I am using their mesh breathable waist trainer. I did my WHOLE workout in this, it was actually comfortable, it never slipped and moved with my body. Burpees, kettlebell swings, lunges, sit ups, squats...it never moved! .
I am really excited to keep using this product to aid in my body transformation, and start feeling like I used to, with the curves i loved!
