Green V10 ✅️

Glad to get this one just before the reset. Got most the moves pretty quick, then last session comes, feeling mega weak and all my old beta goes to crap. Had to relearn and find new sequences for almost the entire climb, but it weant in the end with probably the scariest last move ive ever done.

Phyced to hopefully start hitting more hard gym boulders.

Ty @kush.climbs for encouragment 👌

Today, we say goodbye to @leo_wolfe, a local crusher who has been a regular member and setter at the gym from its very beginning. Leo's climbs taught us all something about movement and climbing. From tensioney, lock-off boulders and delicate slabs to shifty hip sequences and coordination moves, Leo leaves behind a big hole in our hogtown hearts. Our team will miss your good vibes and thoughtful spirit. Thank you for everything, Leo! Best of luck on your next chapter!

Ever wondered what goes into creating a great boulder problem?

Join us for our Beginner Route Setting Workshop on Tuesday, August 11, from 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM. This full-day, hands-on workshop is designed for climbers who want to learn the fundamentals of route setting - from the first hold to the finished climb.

You'll learn:

• Safe and proper drill techniques
• Basic route setting principles
• Creating movement that's fun, challenging and intentional
• Smart hold selection
• The importance of aesthetics and clean-looking climbs
• Setting for different abilities and styles
• How to work as a cohesive team

You'll spend the day learning from experienced setters, building your own boulder problem(s) and getting feedback as you go.

Whether you're interested in becoming a setter, want to better understand climbing movement, or are simply curious about what happens behind the scenes, this workshop is a great place to start.
