Going back to the distance that started it all. 2022, my first half marathon: 1:38:28 No idea what fueling was. No clue how important electrolytes were, what splits meant, or even what running shoes looked like. 4 years after running the 21.1 for the first time, we’re going back. Everything is different but one thing remains the same. The distance is going to test everyone of us, and digging deep will not be an option. The goal is 1:14:59. We’re 2 weeks out.
