2021 HIGHLIGHT REEL 🪄
1. Crowning Mary Ashton with her veil and being there for that precious moment when she became a bride is something I will never forget. My grandmother would have been proud.
2. Bingo at the humane society right before I wrapped him in a towel and brought him home to the pack.
3. Sitting pretty for Ali Harper on set in Athens, GA.
4. Celebrating 10 years of marriage in New Mexico with Scott and my best friend Kaela. Trip of a lifetime, truly.
5. Serving up a fireside tower of White Russians to my favorite new friend Emily who still smokes real cigs.
6. Holding one of my two godsons born this year to one of my favorite humans on earth.
7. Allen standing tall right before his white jacket ceremony began at UAB. An inspiration. Never stop being you.
8. A day in the life of a mother of roses. So grateful for the time I spent this year as a volunteer in Dunn Formal Rose Garden. I learned that being cut back is an integral part of flourishing.
9. Dinner in Cedar Creek with Kanye Kathy and Killen. Doesn’t get much better.
10. Hustling my ass off at the speed of sound all year has brought me more joy and confidence than I thought possible. Many thanks to all of my clients for their trust.

Roses do not bloom hurriedly; for beauty, like any masterpiece, takes time to blossom.

On a warm day in May,
on family land,
in the middle of Alabama
these two said I do.
It was a pretty spectacular weekend!
