Plz ignore my concentration face 🥴 It was different how I managed my time all day yesterday. Normally I struggle to not feel overwhelmed every single day with the amount I have on my plate and sometimes what doesn’t get done and the guilt I feel for taking time to hoop when I could be doing the other 80 things I need to do. Yesterday was weirdly different, I blocked off small sections of time which is hard to do for me when hooping because once I pick it up, I could hoop for days. I hooped for 10 mins yesterday and only took this one video but looking back and seeing the new things I've learned smoothly incorporated into my flow and I felt accomplished in that 10 mins then it was onto the next- giant sink full of dishes and dog needing a bath. You can get lost in trying to get “good” videos sometimes.. excited how smooth this one just flowed out. ✨❤️‍🔥 🌱🌿🪴 #hoopersofinstagram #hooping #hoopflow #hoopjourney #hoopprogress #infinitecirclescommunity #hooper #hooplah #hoopersofig #hoopersofinsta #hulahoop #hoopla #flowarts #flowstagramm #flowartscommunity ****I do not own the rights to this music
