POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Sis, you don’t have to wait until everything is perfect to rest in God’s love. You don’t have to fix every part of your story before you believe you’re worthy of joy. God’s presence is for you in the messy middle. You’re not too late, too tired, or too broken. You’re becoming. And it’s holy work.

“We want to encourage more curious and compassionate conversations intergenerationally in our community, and with the Fairhill-Hartranft ABCs, we hope to do just that.” -Brittany Holiday, Director of Community Engagement at The Village.

The Fairhill-Hartranft ABCs encourage people across our neighborhood to think about and interact with literacy in new and exciting ways, from street art to storytelling.🎨📚

We’re thrilled to share a new neighborhood alphabet brought to life by several incredible artists. Here are the letters P through T.

Visit the #linkinbio to learn more about each letter’s significance to the Fairhill-Hartranft neighborhood, along with literacy resources, playful learning opportunities, and more.

Thank you to the @william_penn_foundation for their generous support.

I don’t post much of my art on this page but, every now and then I share a little something 🤭🖌️. Here’s a few of my favorite pieces I’ve done. Some more recent than others, but I’m obsessed just the same. Enjoy✨.

P.S. you can absolutely get your own custom illustration via the link in my bio 😉. All illustrations are currently 35% off. You’re welcome.

Happy Holidays good people! It’s officially that time of year. My favorite time of the year, Christmas!

Meet Ka’ryn and Rajah (sorry I misspelled in the video) Ka’ryn is an artist and content creator here from Philly. She was recently featured at the Philadelphia Public Library’s exhibit “In-between spaces” which is a compilation of work that examines Black anthropology through archival work, with a concentration on the nuances of Black life.

You can also check out @kwenarts where Ka’ryn can supply you with all of your custom Christmas needs! Make sure you check out here page @allthatsheis_ for all the deets.

If you’re looking to book a family shoot over the holidays I have 15 slots left. We can do photo and video. Promo shoots or Christmas cards. I got you covered. #happyholidays #christmas #familyphotos

I don’t usually post my art on this page, but hey 🤷🏾‍♀️.
.
Yesterday was a pretty off day for me mentally. My mood swings were insane and had waves of nausea. If you told me I was pregnant, I’d probably believe you because what the hell..
.
Towards the end of the day, I decided to do something creative as an outlet. Believe it or not, that’s not usually what I do 🙃.
.
I decided to illustrate @sophia_roe . One of my favorite people on this earth and I don’t even know her personally. I just know that I love her and everything she stands for. Including her obsession with mushrooms, hence the background and not my signature swirls. I also wanted to do something different and play around with shadows and I actually love how it turned out. I felt a lot better after creating this and realized maybe I should create more when I’m feeling “eh”.
.
That’s all. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk, lol.
