🤔 If you walked onto this floor right now… what would you do?

Would you know exactly what exercises to do?

How much weight to lift?

How many sets and reps?

How to progress week after week?

Or would you do a few bits, have a go on a couple of machines, and head home feeling like you’ve worked hard… but not really knowing if you’re getting closer to your goals?

That’s where Core300 is different.

This is our dedicated Strength Floor upstairs 💪

Every workout is planned, structured, and coached for you.

You don’t need to think about what to do when you arrive.

You don’t need to follow random workouts from social media.

You don’t need to guess.

Our coaches guide you through every session, helping you improve your technique, build strength, increase fitness, gain confidence, and achieve results that actually last.

Whether your goal is weight loss, building muscle, getting fitter, or simply feeling healthier and stronger, we’ll show you exactly how to get there.

All you need to do is turn up.

We’ll take care of the rest.

Themed around a surfing adventure, The Wave is the largest rollercoaster at Drayton Manor Park.

Originally opening in 1994 as Shockwave, the rollercoaster was the only Stand Up Coaster in the UK until it was transformed into The Wave for the 2024 season, with a new sit down train from ART Engineering.

While the track has remained identical, the swapping of the train has totally transformed the coaster from what used to be a famed uncomfortable ride (especially for gentlemen!) into a smooth and exciting experience.
