"Continue Our Story" has closed — but the story is still moving. Thank you to @makemanifestbk for opening a space already rooted in culture, community, and Black creative expression. Thank you to everyone who came through — who brought someone, shared a word, stood in the room and let the work land. Every presence mattered. And more than that, it gave me the motivation to keep building. To the artists: thank you for trusting me with your work and your vision. The room held something real. Featured Artists: Luna Darling — @drlreikidarling25 Brian Branch — @brian_branch Kelli Parks — @itskelliwithaneye Takyashilah Sabree — @kya_makes_art Iyaba Ibo Mandingo — @iyaba_ibo_mandingo Kiara Indigo — @indigo_klues Kyra Clemons — @tosistersinwisdom Dime Red — @_diamondsandpearls Also acknowledging artwork by @robertprovilus and @artofmere_ whose presence contributed to the conversation. A special acknowledgment to Dime Red, whose deeply expressive poetry reading moved the room in ways no one saw coming — including someone out of it. This gallery was created in honor of Spring McClendon, and in continuation of the Juneteenth Arts Festival legacy she helped carry for years. Her vision. Her leadership. Her legacy. Our continuation. Thank you for helping us Continue Our Story. Gallery details available at https://msha.ke/continueourstory #ContinueOurStory #JuneteenthArtGallery #BedStuy #BlackArt #Brooklyn

Not only is it Sunday but it’s also #internationalsonsday so why not take the little guy on a adventure 🥹. It was a honor to have him beside me at my first art crawl. His godmother did an exceptional job showcasing her work along with many other artists. It’s super important to pour into the village that pours into you . #sundaymood☀️ #sundayfunday☀️ #artcrawlexperience #artcrawl #sundaywellspent #sundaysarefor #son #sonday❤️ #art #fypppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp #exhibition #exploreyourcity #brooklyn #brooklynartist #explorepage✨
