LET ME RE-INTRODUCE MYSELF 🙋🏽‍♀️

2022 was the year I finally backed myself at @im.gymerina

Since then…my life, my body, my mindset and my purpose have completely changed.

I transformed my own body by over 30kg whilst navigating motherhood, business, competing and real life.
I stepped on stage whilst raising a toddler, built an online coaching business from the ground up with the help of @co_house__ who I’ve had in my life as a friend even before that, this grew my passion for helping women become stronger in every way possible.

Over the last few years I’ve had the privilege of supporting incredible women through pregnancy, postpartum, fat loss, strength building, confidence growth and learning to love themselves again.
I’ve watched women achieve results they never thought possible and built friendships that will last a lifetime along the way.

I grew my second baby girl whilst adapting to life as a single mum with a 2 year old, and somehow through all of the chaos, pressure, growth and challenges… I became the strongest version of myself both physically and mentally.

In 2025, only 10 months postpartum, I stepped back on stage to compete again and then 3wks later completed my first Hyrox race.
Not because it was easy… but because I wanted to prove to myself and other women that motherhood doesn’t end your journey…it can be the beginning of your strongest chapter yet.

There was a point I wanted to step back from PT and just focus online, but things change.

What started as “just coaching” has become a community of strong, supportive and empowering women who inspire me every single day and I couldn’t give up supporting them through movement in person and having that connection.

And now…my new chapter has begun ✨

I’m so excited to be coaching at World Gym Maitland and continue helping more women feel strong, confident, capable and proud of themselves inside and outside the gym.

This is only the beginning. 🤍
