Ladies & gentlemen… ✨ H E R ✨ • K Y L E E • she’s SUCH a vision & funny thing is, we never met or chatted until her wedding day because our girl @hausofjessie linked us up & it was like we were friends forever! She showed me what she wanted & we NAILED it. It’s one of my favorite looks. Thank you for your trust on your big day! Your getting ready time & party was truly 🫶🏼🩵. Alsoooo she looked at my insta & looked me straight in the face and said “OMG I BETTER BE PINNED” 🤣💀 so. Well. It must be done. 🤣 #makeupartist #buffalo #bridalmakeupartist #bride #buffalomua

Baby Blondie 🤍✨

Lived-in doesn’t have to mean dark for this Bride I just was able to celebrate this past weekend 🪄

For this blonde I wanted softness at the root, but still those BRIGHT ribbons running throughout—dimension without losing that overall blonde feeling

✨ Fine babylights + intentional brighter ribbons
✨ @difiaba Charcolite Powder Lightener + 10 vol
✨ Charcolite Gloss 10.32 + Clear to refine the tone while maintaining maximum brightness

And a little clip-in magic for the extra length + fullness because… more hair is usually the answer 🤌🏼😂

Bright. Soft. Dimensional. Expensive.

Save this one for your next blonde inspo 🤍

A Facebook memory popped up today & took me back..

5 years ago, I was home from Los Angeles, pouring everything I had into building an online fitness community. Five years ago, I invited anyone who would come—friends, family, even strangers—to meet me at the Chestnut Ridge gazebo for a $5 workout.

Only about 8 people showed up.

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have a little doubt. But whether they came to support me or just wanted a good workout, they showed up. And that was enough to keep me believing in what I was building.

Fast forward to today. We opened @themergemethod in February, and watching this community grow has been the greatest reminder that big things really do start small. Seeing our members get stronger, gain confidence, and keep showing up for themselves has made every step of the journey worth it.

The Merge is for everyone. Community will always come first. The workout comes second.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to try it, this is it. 🤍

Hi besties! 💕✨

I realized I have quite a few new faces here, so I wanted to reintroduce myself!

I’m Kylee 🤍 A small-town girl who loves lifting heavy, iced coffee, long walks with my doodles, all things wellness, and finding balance between working hard and taking care of myself.

By night, I work in pediatric imaging. ☢️🩻🍼🧸 By day, you’ll usually find me in the gym chasing strength goals, trying new high-protein recipes, planning my wedding, or sharing little pieces of my fitness and wellness journey. ✨💪🏻🏋🏼‍♀️

This page is a mix of workouts, healthy habits, realistic nutrition, motivation, and the reminder that fitness doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing. I truly believe that becoming your strongest, healthiest self should add to your life—not take away from it.

My goal is to create a space where women feel inspired to show up for themselves, build confidence, and realize they’re capable of so much more than they think. 🫶

Whether you’re here for the workouts, wellness tips, gym motivation, or just because you love a good iced coffee and matching workout set, I’m so happy you’re here. 💖

Tell me where you’re from and one thing you’re currently working toward—I can’t wait to get to know you better! ✨
