One of my favorite reminders from my conversation with Kyle: a NO doesn’t have to be the end of the conversation. 🚂

Sometimes moving your career forward means questioning the rules, challenging the “you can’t,” and refusing to accept that there’s only one path.

That’s what being the train means to me. You get rejected. You get redirected. You get told NO.

And then… you keep going. 💚

Kyle, thank you for bringing this energy to the conversation. Let’s keep pushing forward and creating our own tracks.

Embrace the challenge. Stay motivated.

The obstacles aren't a sign to stop—they're often a sign that you're growing.

Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep moving forward.

🚂 The people who succeed aren't always the most talented. They're the ones who don't quit.
