OL: Position Conditioning prior to training camp. All five of these guys are in the National Football League. This was a huge transitional piece to condition our Offensive line. These run rockets are set to the max. Repeat Efforts. Turbo, on the ball! Pre Snap cleanliness, pre-fit, and focus on the most important steps possible. Fatigue makes cowards of us all. When it comes time for training camp, your tape is your living + breathing resume and physical conditioning precedes anything else. #absolutesportscience #nfl #collegefootball #power #strength

From the gym to the community, our mission remains the same. The relationships built through boxing create opportunities far beyond the ring. This week, members of the Waymaker family, Chris Lindstrom of the Atlanta Falcons and Kyle Hergel of the Chicago Bears, joined Boston Police and Watts 2 Boston to connect with young athletes, families, and volunteers at youth football programs across Boston. Thank you, Chris and Kyle, for investing your time and using your platform to create positive opportunities for Boston’s youth. Leading Communities. Leading Champions.
