When did saying “I love you” get weird?

Here’s your invitation to say it more, anytime you feel it.

Send this to the bro who comes to mind.

When a man finally gives himself permission to look inward and seek peace, generational healing and impact begins.

@derekrowe shares his recent experience at the Reckoning Men’s Retreat.

I’m so proud of you brother. The work you continue to do is profound and inspiring.

525,000 men will take their lives this year, but you chose to stay.

I’m proud of you, I love you, you are worthy.

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, but we really should be focusing on this every day.

Tag a brother who makes you proud, for still being here today.

Men account for 75% of all su!cides.

Men who die by su!cide are often less likely to have a known, pre-diagnosed mental health condition, making prevention outside traditional mental health networks crucial.

It’s essential for men to find community. Groups and spaces they can be heard. Spaces they can speak in with no fear of judgement or ridicule.

That way, even in your darkest days, you are never truly alone.

You matter. Yes you.

This world would lose some of her luster if she lost you.

This month, just in the US, ~3100 men will take their own lives. Thats 3100 too many.

Please, if the darkness is winning, reach out.

You are worthy.

We’ve just finalized dates for our next Reckoning Men’s Retreat.

Join us in beautiful Colorado, for a weekend unplugged and fully committed to your truth and clarity.

As men, we provide, we fix, we help, we work and we also neglect ourselves. We just keep pushing with no regard to the toll it’s taking on our body, mind and soul.

This is a recipe for disaster in the long run.

This retreat will challenge you in ways you’ve never experienced. It will make you question everything you’ve accepted as the normal. It will force you to lower your guard and take off the mask you’ve been wearing for so long.

Brother, you’ve spent so long mindlessly caring for everyone else, this is your invitation to finally care for yourself.

You can expect abundant time outside, under the stars, deeply connected brotherhood, breathwork, play, radical accountability and a professionally facilitated ceremony.

This weekend is meticulously crafted to allow you to take off that armor, and to finally reconnect with the truest version of yourself.

We are already 25% booked, and we only allow 15 guests.

If you are feeling any connection to this idea, simply comment “I’m Ready” and we will privately message you. No strings attached.

This retreat isn’t for everyone, and that’s by design.

Finally, ladies, if you see your partner stuck in the patterns I mentioned above, please consider this for him. He deserves it, you deserve it, and your relationship deserves this.

You are worthy.

Trying to explain Breathwork is kind of hard. Honestly, it’s just best to experience it.

This is the sound of a group of men who have fully surrendered to the breath and have begun doing the work. The real work that society has dismissed as weakness. Healing wounds that were passed down to them by their ancestors so that their children won’t have to bear this ancient pain any longer.

Men, you are not alone. You don’t need to don’t need to continue suffering in silence.

This is The Reckoning.
