Rare footage of me actually counting Kylie’s reps and not making it up as I go

In all seriousness, real coaching requires tunnel vision analysis, your coach loses rep count because we’re so focused on what’s actually important, your set up, execution and pushing intensity safely

How to: Booty Builder Machine 🍑

Biggest mistake I see made on this machine is girls positioning their upper body way too far back on the pad. This prevents the pelvis and spine remaining neutral and will not allow you to load the glute max effectively. It’s why you feel your lower back more than the glutes.

To fix this the set up position of the upper body should have the mid-upper back supported by the pad so as the hips drop the chest follows maintaining a neutral spine angle. At the very top of the rep think about keeping tucked down on the ribcage. Brace hard on the way down with a deep breathe in and get up into full hip extension.

Don’t let all this technical talk distract you from training f*%king hard. You WILL not build big glutes with light weight and a slow tempo. You’re not on a Pilates reformer.
