It was awesome celebrating everyone’s successes this year at the Grit Gala!

Grateful I got to spend the summer in NY with these guys and watch everyone grow and absolutely kill it. Such a special group of guys and a summer I’ll never forget

And I’m beyond grateful for my wife and all the love and support she’s given me along the way. Couldn’t do any of this without her ❤️

Grit Gala Week 2026 🥂🌹🦬

Grateful for the opportunities, the memories, and most importantly the brothers made along the way this summer. Couldn’t ask for a better group of guys to be surrounded by. This summer was life changing in many ways and I couldn't have done it without each and every one of these guys. Nothing but love and gratitude for my New York boys and everyone at @the___grit

Grit Gala 2026 🌹🦬 it’s so fun to celebrate all the people we work with and their hard work!! The summers aren’t very glamorous or sexy for us but they are character building for everyone involved. I’m so grateful for a wife @abbie.hafen who loves and supports me and all my brothers who bet on me and griff this year. By far this was my favorite year working @the___grit and it’s the people who make it so amazing. I was asked the other day if I like my job and my response was that I really do love it. I work with leaders who are constantly trying to improve in all aspects of their lives, I get to help coach, train, and lead incredible people. Nothing I wouldn’t do for my NY boys ❤️. And a super huge shout out to my partners @dylan.hafen and @jacob.griffith4 who work so hard along side me and uplift our people. NY🔁YN❤️🦬. So so proud of you boys 🫶🏼

What a summer! First year selling pest control done ✅ 155k serviced revenue. Not bad for year 1. I got out to market later then most. 94 days of killing bugs. Next year I’ll be going to market in February so I’m going for 500k do or die. Also a special shout out for my leaders @chase.hafen & @jacob.griffith4 they are absolute dogs.
