You ever look at your life and just decide you’d rather get a lobotomy than deal with it anymore?
That’s what this song is about - it’s called “Gimme that Lobotomy”.

A few Aly-centric pics by @_sofiapipolo_ from our debut show over at @theeastroom last month.

No shows this month, but we *are* recording some of these tunes.
You can tough it out until then.

Alyson Dellinger is gracing the localities’ Spring season, post-2025’s Flummox’s Wild year, pulling tgh somewhat of a supergroup between the areas’ Flummox and Slider, as well as pure luck.
With Aly voxing, this round (and acoustic), with Kyle on the fish, Matt on one guitar, Steffi on drums, and area-Maria Schneider on the other shredder, all helping to create a dynamic hilariously fit for a Gilligan’s Island episode, while Dellinger vocals some friends and family through a newer version of herself, both on porches and underdogs of the Metropolitan area.
Though live workshopped/having snuck a debut at Nashville’s The Blue Room a few days prior to the Underdog debut, Tuff Softies, were followed by pet derivative, NYC Instrumental punk jazz trio, Splodi, as well as crossover-from-Sploot (drummer’s second band), Nashville’s Free Jazz Black Drone (genre), Spintria, both whom did not appear at The Blue Room.

A further Aly story will appear in the Summer 2026 edition.
