I’ve been home for a day, and already wanting to head back. A couple weeks ago I was on the phone with Tony @tonysgarage1955 telling him I wanted a quick get away and he barely had to twist my arm to get me up to Oregon. I’m so grateful for him and his wife for opening their home to us, and to Kyle @kylephillips56 and Kevin @kevbot_953 and their wives and kids for being so great.

We saw amazing scenery, fall colors, lots of forest, breakfast by rivers, small coastal towns, chilly walks on the beach, front row seats to watch @oregonfootball unfortunately lose, played with cool cars, had an amazing time with Kyle, Katie @katiecatphillips and their boys at the stunning @mahaffyranch where we shot corn cannons, had hot chocolate and apple donuts, hay rides and pumpkin picking.

And I had a great travel partner in Miss Kami @kami_98. Also, world, meet Kami. She’s pretty dang cool if I do say so myself.

My brother @kylephillips56 and I got our first wheel to wheel racing podium with @raceluckydog

Being a 2 man team instead of 4 was probably the hardest and most exhausting driving experience I’ve ever had. Driving a car with no power steering, ABS, cool shirt, or drinking water in the car and two 2 hour stints in one day was brutal.

Sunday unfortunately ended 2.5 hrs in with a broken rear cv axle while I was in 2nd place. But that’s how endurance racing goes.

Feeling some good motivation and have lots of ideas to get back to work on the Lexus sc300 to get it ready for next season.

Thank you @raceluckydog for such a fun racing experience.

THE LONE WOLF IS A DEAD WOLF. (Stop bleeding out in isolation.)

Most men are dying alone on the trail.

They wake up, put out fires, and try to lead their families with an empty tank.

They carry the weight of the mortgage, the business, and the world entirely on their own shoulders.

They think it is noble. They think being a "lone wolf" makes them tough.

It doesn't. It makes you a target. The lone wolf gets picked off.

You cannot lead your family to the top if you are dying in isolation. You need a shield wall. You need a tactical advantage. A real brotherhood demands:

⚔️ Authenticity: Drop the mask. Share your true feelings.
⚔️ Humility: Admit your weaknesses. No ego.
⚔️ Honesty: Speak the truth. Call out BS.
⚔️ Mutuality & Sympathy: Encourage and support each other in the trenches.
⚔️ Mercy & Courtesy: Forgive, respect, and reach down to pull a brother up.
⚔️ Confidentiality: What happens in the shield wall stays in the shield wall. Total trust.
⚔️ Frequency: Make the group a priority. Put in the reps. Show up.

Your wife deserves a sharpened husband.

Your kids deserve a powerful father who isn't trying to figure it out in the dark.

Your kids are watching.

They are not listening to what you say; they are observing how you fight the battle of life.

Are you showing them an overwhelmed, angry, isolated father, or a powerful, connected man who they Respect and want to beed by?

This is exactly what we have built inside The Freak Father Alliance.

It is the Brotherhood you have been starving for—men who will hold you accountable, call you higher, and stand in the gap with you.

Stop trying to fight the war alone.

Join the Alliance. Find your brothers.

DM me "Brotherhood" to join our group.

You don't just tell people about your standard. You show them. 🥩📦

At the No Excuses Experience last weekend, I had 12 men locked in for 3 days of absolute mental and physical warfare.

When it came time to fuel these guys, we didn't waste a single second cooking, prepping, or driving around to pick up food.

We brought in Nutrition Solutions. @nutritionsolutions

The meals are incredible, but this isn't a post about food. This is a post about ELITE execution and customer service.

We spent 3 days teaching these men about extreme time management, extreme productivity, leadership, teamwork, and communication.

Nutrition Solutions stepped up and delivered a real-time masterclass on exactly what that looks like in business.

Here is what a relentless standard actually looks like:

🔥 They shipped the fuel from Florida to California, and it hit our doorstep in under 24 hours.

📱 Their team texted us proactive updates at every single stage of the process. We never had to guess where the delivery was.

✍️ The box and cards arrived with actual handwritten notes from their team members.

🛡️ They included a custom tin card stamped with their company’s Core Values.

They didn't just send meals. They sent their f@cking culture.

In a world where most businesses do the bare minimum and make excuses for poor service, this team operated with absolute precision.

Their efficiency gave us back hours of our time, allowing us to focus 100% of our energy on the mission and the men in the room.

If you want to operate at a high level, you have to align yourself with businesses and people who execute at a high level.

They demonstrated the exact leadership and communication we were demanding from the men at the event.

Execution over everything.

You see the sweat, the heavy rucks, and the boxing gloves... but you’re missing the point.

Yes, we do hard $hit all day at the No Excuses Experience.

We put these men through physical hell. But that grueling physical output is just the tool.

It is the necessary Breakdown required to have the Breakthrough.

Physical suffering is the fastest way to strip away the armor, melt the ego, and drop the "tough guy" facade that is currently suffocating your potential.

This right here—the teaching, the masterminding, the deep reflection around the fire—this is where the real magic happens.
Look at this video.

Once a man is physically spent, his defenses are gone. His guard is down.

That is when the Freak Flow State gets engaged.

We start thinking differently. We become more open, more vulnerable, and far more creative. We reframe perspectives that have been stuck for decades.

This deep work is a process of co-creation.

It is 12 hungry, purpose-driven men learning from each other, contributing to the whole, and manifesting something far greater than any solo "lone wolf" was ever capable of creating on his own.

That is Transformation. That is real Brotherhood. That is the No Excuses Experience.

Stop trying to figure it all out alone. Your isolation is killing your edge.

The next NEE is happening in Late Summer. DM me to get on the Waitlist.

Seats are extremely limited and always fill fast.
