Chicago showed up—and so did Porsche.

Checkeditout Chicago is the kind of event that’s difficult to put into words. Part car show, part cultural moment, and entirely its own thing, the 2026 show brought together over 400 Porsches, people, and stories to create a sprawling city takeover in the best way possible.

From factory icons, race cars, barn finds, and restomods to Porsches built simply because their owners wanted to build them, the event was a reminder that Porsche culture is at its best when there are no rules for what belongs.

Cars aside, the event managed to also raise over $30,000 for @englewoodcrushers, a non-profit dedicated to being the strongest alternative to gangs and safe haven from crime in Chicago.

In its ninth consecutive year, Checkeditout Chicago remains a Porsche event that beckons you to be there, and it’s only picking up steam.
