NORRA will host a live online Zoom training session for DirtOS on Tuesday, September 8 at 6:00 PM Pacific Time.

DirtOS is an off-road navigation platform that NORRA participants will use to navigate the route and stay connected while traveling through Baja. DirtOS translates into 32 languages. It is available for Android and Apple devices including tablets.

‼️ALL SAFARI PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ON THE TRAINING‼️

During the training session, we’ll walk through the DirtOS app, explain the features NORRA participants will be using, and cover the basics of getting set up and ready before heading south.

Topics will include:

Downloading and setting up DirtOS
Loading and viewing routes
Offline navigation and maps
Waypoints and course information
Group tracking and communication features
Basic operation while on the route
Questions and answers with the DirtOS team

We strongly encourage anyone who will be using DirtOS during a NORRA event to attend the training and become familiar with the system before arriving in Baja.

NORRA is raising the stakes for NORRA’S BAJA 6-Day Rally with $40,000 USD in cash payouts targeting the fastest competitors in SXS Production Turbo (Pro Turbo) and SXS Production Fuel Injected (Pro FI), and the highly anticipated Pro Turbo vs. Class 10 Challenge is officially back.

NORRA is paying out cold hard cash to the top 3 overall SXS performers.
• 1st Overall SXS: $15,000
• 2nd Overall SXS: $3,000
• 3rd Overall SXS: $2,000

In addition, the SXS Production Fuel Injected (Pro FI) class winner will take home $10,000.

The SXS Pro Turbo vs Class 10 Challenge is back for 2026. The winner of the Challenge will take home $10,000. Class 10 racers have even more incentive. If eight or more Class 10 entries are registered and a Class 10 vehicle wins the Challenge, Lozano Performance will award the winning team a Honda K24 race engine, sweetening the victory even further.

Online registration opens January 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
