WHAT. A. PARTY.

@angellecortez @sinstewart

Thank you for making us laugh, cry, and feel so much love.

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE.

And for bringing together such kind and fun people. The kind you connect with effortlessly, miss before parting, and want to see again and again.

@adriennelaurenn, thank you for catching me in that moment, and for being so fun to dance with.

To more barefoot dancing together.

This 🇹🇭 trip is going to stay with me for a long time. 10 days of pure laughter and tears.

For the first time since I started my entrepreneurial journey 7 years ago, I actually disconnected — no being online, no “just checking,” no constant responding. I thought it would be hard, but it was surprisingly doable. And I felt free. Like I could finally focus on the people i am with, the nature, and the moment I was in.

Somewhere along the way, I started finding my value in work and career. And even though I genuinely love what I do, it made me forget there are other important dimensions of life, the ones that are usually not on my to-do list.

Laughing at dumb pics, being silly, happy tears for my dear friend’s wedding, getting emotional over a “dumb” (but honestly SO good) romance show. Sharing those little moments with friends I can be fully myself around made me appreciate my life so much.

I’ve also realized I hold onto pressure that I don’t need — like I have to always be “doing” something to feel okay. Maybe it’s the way I grew up in Korea, where even sitting in a library all day felt like progress. This trip made me see I can let that go and why it matters.

Because when I’m free from that pressure, I can actually focus better and work with more intention.

Life has so many dimensions, and I want to live it fully.
I’m excited for 2026 — learning to switch on/off more intentionally and live more in the present :)

2026, here we go. 🥂✨

Come to the “Expert Of” show! Thursday August 28 7:30pm, at the @lyrichyperion! Tix in bio 🐛🌱

So much of my time the past 5 or so years has been spent composting at local gardens, collecting food scraps at farmers markets, and exploring soils under the microscope. My nails are dirty, my boogers are black, and my boots are disgusting! I have learned so much and met so many lovely folks!🍓🍌🍅🥕🥦🌼🪱

A local composter and friend @atultime invited me to be a guest on @expertofshow— A show where local experts in their field are interviewed to share the inside scoop on stories of their work that are then used to form improv scenes! This show will be about 🪱community composting🪱

SoilWise will be tabling about recent bioremediation efforts in Altadena. We will also be sharing information about a SUPER EXCITING upcoming project— Fire, Soil, Seed— a collaboration between @soilwise.earth, @altadenaseedlibrary, and @clubgaygardens that recently received our first ever grant!!!!🥹 More to come so soon💕🌼🌻
