🔦Trainer Spotlight Thursday 🔦
A little about Coach Kylie! 🤩👇

“I grew up playing sports and competed in collegiate field hockey, so I’ve always loved being part of a team. After moving from Pennsylvania to North Carolina a little over two years ago, I found F45 through Instagram and signed up for a trial. I instantly loved the challenging workouts, supportive coaches, and community. F45 gave me the team environment I had been missing.

I earned my Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification in late 2025, and now I love helping others build strength and confidence. Fitness is especially important to me because of my own health journey, and it’s taught me never to take movement for granted. Every day I get to move my body is a good day!”

Favorite exercises: Shoulder Press & SkiErg

That alarm never gets easier… but it’s a whole lot better when you walk through the doors and the coaches are bringing this kind of energy

That’s what makes it worth it 🔥

A little behind the scenes from this past weekend. 🍹🌴

We had an awesome time at the Carolina Beach Music Festival with @proximitycarolinabeach and wrapped up our biggest business day of the year on Saturday. The summer is just getting started, and we can’t wait to make more friends and keep growing Cruisin’ Tikis CB.
