After years of writing, diving timing, months of planning, raising funds, changing plans, figuring things out, and putting the pieces together…we finally made it Out On The Road 🔥 This is just a glimpse behind the scenes of bringing the film to life during Notting Hill Carnival and the many hands involved across both days. Shot by @pongfilms00 Out On The Road is an independent Caribbean Woman-Led film exploring Carnival, Sisterhood, Community, Culture and what it’s means to find your way through the road even when the path isn’t clear. The story follows Destiny a masquerader who has woken up late for Pretty Mas on Carnival Monday, and ropes in her younger sister Faith to help her get to her band @monarchcarnival before judging point. A huge thank you to the incredible cast, crew, creatives, friends, family, donators and supporters who helped us capture this key part of the narrative!
