Last week I had the honor of going to the @wakopanam with @wakousakickboxing with my @tcbarmy family and many other amazing athletes from the USA 🇺🇸 I competed in -65kg Kick Light and brought home silver. It was an amazing experience, and I now know what I need to work on more, and I'm extremely proud of all my teammates that brought home the gold, silver, and bronze!! Can't wait for Canada in October!!

SHES A PAN AMS GOLDEN GIRLLL ✨🥇🇺🇸

Win, lose or draw, I keep coming back. I love this sport and I love what this organization is capable of. I had the honor to represent my country again at the Pan American Championships this past week but this time, it felt different. I was more than locked in. I was more motivated and truly felt like I wasn’t going to leave Chile without my arm being raised after each fight. I did just that with 2 DOMINANT performances and it feels like everything I have been working towards has finally all been worth it by becoming the NEW Pan American Champion 🇺🇸🥇🤩

But it wasn’t just me, this team was something different. Probably the best team with the best personalities, best performances and support for each other I’ve ever witnessed! We had the most DOMINATING performance in the ring and on the tatami and had people questioning what the heck we are doing in the states to make such bad ass athletes! It still feels surreal that for a smallish team, we took 3rd overall for MOST medals won at the tournament and that right there is an AMAZING thing in its own! I’m so excited to watch this young team continue to compete and chase after more dreams and more milestones. This team is a HISTORIC one to keep an eye on!

I want to say thank you to Rob and Zach for piecing my skills back together after every fight in the past 3 years. I think we finally cracked the code and showcased what I’m capable of on an international level!
Thank you to @globalkickboxinggym for the sparring rounds!
Thank you to my parents for supporting me and believing in my abilities no matter where I have been at on this 25 year journey. I’m glad you guys have been there every step of the way to keep me going!
Thank you to @jesstherelentless , @nm_sportsperformance , @duckadietmealprep and @genuinevalor for either sponsoring me or assisting me with my nutrition plans and strength training. You guys are a big part of making the training camps easier with your attention to details.

This has been one of my favorite experiences to be apart of and I’m so grateful to have been able to secure a medal for the US. I’m gonna remember this moment forever ✨🇺🇸
