Reminder: go do things you love with people you love. You aren’t meant to work all the time :)

I took a couple of days off work for the first time since starting my business in August & it felt amazing. I’ve done mini travels here & there but worked through it as well. This was the first time I didn’t at all. I let me Assistant Coach @senpai_stephen run everything. I really did need a break to rejuvenate myself🥰

I had the best time with my best lifelong girlfriends in NYC. I love you babes 💙

Luckily I absolutely love what I do & love all of my clients. So, I am so happy to be back to work. I am so grateful to do what I love for a living.

Happy International Women’s Day💟🚺 Today we celebrate women, it is a focal point for our rights and our movement towards equality. We celebrate women’s achievements throughout history and across nations🌎🌏🌍 I feel incredibly blessed to be alive today & I thank all the women who came before us for fighting so hard💥Today we are light years away from where we were, but we still have more to go. My whole life I’ve strived to show that a woman can do anything a man can; your gender doesn’t have to dictate what you “like” or “dislike.” My favorite things to do used to be solely dominated by men; from camping/hiking, to fishing, to strength and conditioning, to yoga, to weightlifting. Wow 😳 This movement is so powerful, so liberating. So cheers to us sisters🥂👯‍♀️ Let’s keep on going, for ourselves, and all those to follow💪🏽 Live your life, do what YOU WANT 😤
