Tim Knox Finalist “Surface” 2026 “Polarity” My entry point to art was graffiti, my re-entry ceramics, bonsai pots in particular. My work reflects that. Combining both aesthetics to create narratives that explore the human condition, politics, and sometimes just to surprise and delight. I love the presence clay can bring to a room. My work is inspired by urban environments, especially those in decay or being reclaimed by nature. Join us to celebrate Tim’s work and the work of all our other finalists… 6pm Friday 23rd January 2026 Civic Arts Space Mullumbimby NSW

Highlighting Tim Knox @kyorkism one of the talented members exhibiting in ELEMENTAL. “With this work I have been inspired by texture, where clean meets rough. Using two seperate clays to create an illusion of organic amongst man made. My Glazing is utilised to highlight this, reacting differently on each clay body” Join us TONIGHT for Ceramic Arts Queensland’s End-of-Year Celebration and the opening of our annual members’ exhibition, ELEMENTAL. Let’s gather, celebrate and share in the creativity that makes our ceramic community so special. Friday 14 November 6:00 pm Brisbane Institute of Art, Windsor
