I tried the vegan zesty ramen at the popular and famous Kyoto Engine Ramen in Kyoto, Japan! It’s spicy and topped with saffron, different peppers, scallions, and fried onions, and the service was super fast. Highly recommend for vegan travelers! What is your favorite place in Kyoto to eat vegan? Comment below. @kyotoengine #KyotoEngineRamen #VeganRamen #KyotoFood #VeganKyoto #VeganJapan 📍 Kyoto Engine Ramen 580-2 Nakanocho Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto 604-8042, Japan Disclaimer: This video is for review and informational purposes only. Japan: a love story! It was very different from our usual style of travel, from mesmerizing temples of Kyoto, to trying atleast six different types of vegan ramen (it wasn’t easy finding, but it wasn’t hard either), staying overnight in a Buddhist temple, sprinkled with hiking in Kawaguchiko! We tried a ninja lesson, and Anirudh absolutely loved Teamlabs! Two weeks flew by in a heartbeat, averaged 20k steps per day and lot of stairs, became fan of matcha, and expert at riding trains! A lot still lingers, a lot more to share and even more to explore. #japan #soulfultravel #kyoto #kawaguchiko #minobusan

We tried a bunch of places, but these were the four bowls I kept thinking about after the trip. My ranking: 1. Engine Ramen - the toppings they offer is too good 2. Jikasei MENSHO, Shibuya 3. Kyushu Jangara, Akihabara 4. Soranoiro Nippon, Tokyo Station The best part is that none of these felt like the “vegan alternative” you settle for. They were just really good bowls of ramen. Saving this here for my next Japan trip and for anyone else who plans holidays around food like I do. #veganramen #japanfood #veganjapan #tokyofood

Discovering new food on holiday is one of my favourite things 🍕🍣🌯🍝 It can be harder being vegan, but it just requires a little more research and preparation, which I love to do anyway 😇 it’s also got me to try so many things I wouldn’t have tried before and opened me up to so many delicious dishes 🌱 🔎 #vegantravel, #foodietravel, vegan travelling, foodie abroad, japan, tokyo, osaka, kyoto, portugal, lisbon, amsterdam, peru, cusco, lima, paris
