We are made of energy, and every encounter leaves a trace. Some beautiful energy stays with us. ✨🙏
This reel is a little piece of what we created together, guided by @adriandelarroyo 's inspiring choreography and at @theplayground_rambert.

What an unforgettable experience! 🤩

Thank you to all the photographers and fellow artists who so generously shared these beautiful memories with me. Seeing your photos brought me so much joy, and I wanted to gather some of my favourites into this reel.
Feeling grateful, inspired, and blessed.

Until the next Playground... I can't wait to dance with you all again. ❤️✨

✨ Grateful to have shared this dance with:

Thank you for all the lovely messages/shares/likes for Spiral. I’m mostly getting one of 2 reactions: ‘it’s very relatable’ or ‘are you ok?’.

Here are some pics of our first 2 days recording at @ponyrecordingstudios . These were long days involving trips to and from Brixton to borrow a guitar, and a genuinely scary Bolt ride where I had to briefly consider how I’d escape if the driver continued to go the wrong way and laugh at my queries about directions…Anyway on to the music!

On Day 1 we did bass and drums. Spiral is my favourite bassline I’ve come up with, and I love Alex’s tom-heavy beat. Playing it together in the same room was really something. Fun fact: I met Alex through a Gumtree ad I posted 11 years ago, I don’t know anyone who’s made more use of Gumtree than he has.

📸 @kyranweekes - thanks for the great pics!
