“Every human heart has four chambers — each with a distinct rhythm, pressure, and purpose. Chambers explores how these inner engines of the body mirror the emotional chambers of the human experience: anticipation, struggle, love, and transcendence. What begins as a study in anatomy becomes a journey through emotion — as four separate pulses learn to beat as one”

This season truly was a journey of anticipation, struggle, love, and transcendence. CT 2026 was full of so many emotions as we all learned how to beat as one.

It is hard to put into words how I felt about this season. There were so many ups and downs, and I will continue to try to remember only the good, and learn from the not so good things. I will miss the people I met and the fun I had, and I am grateful that I did not let the bad experiences ruin my season despite how crushing it could feel at times. I got so much better as a player this season, and I also grew as a person in many aspects. I am proud of myself for how much I grew this season, how well I stepped up, and how much I worked slowly towards becoming the best I can be. I am also so proud of how well this ensemble handled a lot of the stuff thrown at us this season, and I am proud of how much we improved from day one. I will forever cherish this year and this group of people. I love you CT 2026.🫀

THE SUMMER I CHANGED MY LIFE:

back in the winter of 2025, my friend noah combs consistently asked me to come audition for a drum corps called Cincinnati Tradition. i didn’t think i would make it, though many people thought i believed i would because of the confidence i displayed. i had my doubts and came in nervous, but when i ended up getting contracted, it was the biggest reward i could ask for. yet, i was in for a gift greater than anything else.

because of this corps and even just the percussion section, i’ve made memories others couldn’t imagine and friends i never thought i would meet. these people have accepted me like no others would and made me feel special in a place where i was the same as everyone else: a person who fought tooth and nail to be where they are now.

as the final three weeks go by and we perform our last run at DCI finals, i hope these people know that i love them. i love them more than simple words can tell. so, thank you CTP for being the people who have not only welcomed me, but made me into a better, happier, and stronger person.

play your hearts out wherever you may go
