A week ago today we were in the middle of our World Championships. Kids you came and left it all on the stage, but more important than that, you made memories and friends from all over the globe. We laughed together and cried together. From the smallest painter to the parents teams and everything in between, you were all Epic.

Thank you everyone for continually supporting me at @wldfscotland and I hope to see you all at @wldfnorthengland competitions in November.

Thank you to the amazing @chloe_pirrie for capturing all these fab back stage moments for us.
