Skittles famously said “taste the rainbow” but @l_c_reads and I prefer to read it.

Loz & I have seen a few besties do this trend and in true fashion we had to jump on and give our rainbow book recs!

Are there any you would add in!?

Four Things that Remind You of Me

This trend is going around and I'll be honest I was afraid to do it because I wasn't sure what I would get back, or if I'd even get any responses. Thank you so much to the bookish babes who sent me there things they made me smile so much. I am extremely fortunate to have connected with so many kind people in this space.
Glad none of you mentioned my questionable taste in music 😂.

I'll keep sharing little snippets of my bookish life and the other things that bring me joy.

when i saw @aislincanactuallyread do this (and ask for my 4 things) i knew it was a sign for me to do it also. i had such a blast hearing everyone’s 4 things for me, and even eliza who went the extra mile to provide her own pics!!!

also, if you want the REAL 4 things that loz provided, you’ll have to ask her. this was a revised 3.0 version!

Bookstagram was the best thing to come out of 2025 for me, and I’m so so happy to got to welcome in 2026 by meeting some of my online book besties in person FINALLY!!! Had an amazing night away (although wearing those shirts out for dinner was…. An experience) and finished it off on a high getting to meet another book buddy @thelibrariansgrimoire 🥺

When book besties become IRL besties and gift each other a shirts to wear to dinner. Wearing these shirts around town was… an experience. Sorry to the children who had to witness shrek’s 🍆

Such a fun week of reading with about 5 books (not all complete) during this read. Unfortunately there were a couple that weren’t ideal reads (MOSAB + Nights of Obedience).
Hat Trick and Of Blood and Aether were incredible reads.

And I’ve been most excited about reading Crowns of Olympus by @kateasherauthor 😍😍❤️
