Our skin is our largest organ and what we put on it matters, especially when you’re navigating PCOS and other hormone imbalances ✨

I always avoid these hormone disrupting ingredients:

❌ Parabens
❌ Phthalates
❌ BPA (and cousins BPS, BPF)
❌ Triclosan
❌ Chemical UV filters
❌ PFAS (“forever chemicals”)
❌ Heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium)
❌ Fragrance / parfum

Read your labels, especially for fragrance - it’s where companies hide a whole bunch of undisclosed chemicals.

The more natural, the better. Simple.

It's not too late to go to the beach! 🏖️

Honestly I like going later in the summer because it gets way too hot in the middle of the summer.

We took a trip to Myrtle Beach in SC recently!! We also went to @officialdinolandcafe. It was pretty expensive to be honest, but worth it for how excited my son was lol!

It's hard for me to find sunscreen that works well for my eczema and these sunscreens from @l_uvskin work great for me! The facial sunscreen is really smooth and goes on under and over makeup. It also works for me as a facial moisturizer. They're also unscented but they still smell really nice 🌞

I swam in the ocean but no one got a video lol! I usually don't put this much makeup on to go to the beach but yolo I guess 😂
