Light as material. Reflection as architecture. A light creation designed by @la.cluz for the scenography at @chateauperchefestival 2026. We cut, modified and stacked sections of the same aluminium profile, following the upcycled artistic approach of @zorabeyeler and @romeodreg , the central theme of the stage design. Through repetition and layering, we created a distinct sculptural form, built as four identical fixtures—each exploring the interplay between opening and reflection—shaping how light is revealed, concealed and reflected. At @parall.a.xe , our practice goes beyond off-the-shelf fixtures. We are keen on working at the intersection of lighting engineering and scenographic creation, playing with the tension between decorative form and light itself. Designing our own elements allows us to explore both together, letting the structure shape the light and the light transform the structure. S/O to @carra_cp & @elzobo for the booking. Saturday, September 5th. Like dancing like nobody is watching, you know what I mean? In times when the night is the main character of the act, by living this dancefloor, it’s clear what has absorbed us. I feel these lights as sparkles within my skin, as the reason why I am radiating only the very essence of who I am, why I move and while moving I leave my footprints. We used to stand off to one side, seeing only the world in fragments that there won’t be any other of. And, then, this: like fleeting moments that have come into existence to stay and stand, meant to be carried over. The speed of the Wormhole, and the only dogma between the soundsystem and the sky above… I guess it’s saying something like this: I dance, I’m living it all, therefore I am. The new geometry of the bodies and their transformation in time. Time as a simple instrument for measurement, which I feel the natural urge to simplify its scale as it follows: the very now of this moment, and the power to make it last forever. Friday, September 4th. Piercing through the heart of the night, the journey unfolds: a first night of discoveries. Then, I slowly find my way around the Forte, like a matryoshka doll, gradually revealing a new face of itself with every layer. And the story being told, beneath the watchful gaze of a shy sliver of moon, draws those who take part into its spell. Step by step, surrendered to an enchantment of synths, vinyl, that very music in the hands of those carving dances and unforgettable memories into the night of discoveries. It’s time, maybe, to stop searching, and simply allow yourself to be. A journey whose ending tastes of lunar clouds and that sense of belonging to something far vaster than this Forte, and all these stars scattered across the sky. Friday, September 4th. The space left behind by the setting sun takes the shape of photons, splintering into countless hues and infinite forms. Lasers carve luminous boundaries through the crowd, and somehow, this kind of magic tastes different. A magic born beneath an eclipsed night over the lake, where time and space begin to bend, reshaping themselves into the strange new dimension of the Wormhole. How many seconds can an hour possibly hold when music travels at 170 BPM? And then, wandering through the chambers of the Forte, I find potions and spells somewhere between the shadows and the glimmers cast by flying discs. Suddenly, I realized, I was right all along: it could only have been magic. Pics by @gasparaw_ Video by @pietromalve_video

Throwback T(h)u[r/e]sday @chateauperchefestival 2025 Exactly one year ago, we presented our first founding performance — the one that would eventually lead to the creation of the @parall.a.xe collective. For the occasion, @la.cluz designed "Sun-Waves", a light installation created to accompany the immersive stage developed with @nico.daydreams The piece played with analogue lighting, evoking the early days of LED walls, while integrating a kinetic installation made of motorised aluminium shutters — blurring the lines between light, movement and scenography. S/O to @carra_cp for his stunning musical performance ! @chateauperchefestival 2026 Focus on the #podiums To fully embrace the barn and its complex architecture — particularly the massive beam running across the entire space and dividing the room in two — we worked closely with our team of designers and scenographers to inhabit the space and make the most of every corner. We decided to create a series of raised platforms, challenging the idea of the DJ booth as the sole focal point of the room. The aim was to spread the energy across the entire dancefloor, allowing dancers to occupy the space freely and creating more opportunities for people to meet, connect and lose themselves in the dance. Shout Out to @mat_fdg for the incredible easter egg of the tiny rest room under the platforms, the one that were there knows... - Stage design & light creations: @romeodreg @zorabeyeler @la.cluz - Light Design & operation: @maxime.hublim @sarah_josserand & @parall.a.xe team. @chateauperchefestival 2026 Focus on #lightcreation For this edition of Château Perché we decided to collaborate with the talented designers @zorabeyeler & @romeodreg We had been particularly inspired by their work at @wakinglife.pt — their raw approach to materials and sculptural language. Among many other things, the collaboration led to the creation of around ten unique light fixtures, all developed from the same reclaimed and upcycled aluminium profile. ONE material, ONE language — endlessly reinterpreted. These raw artefacts were designed to inhabit the dancefloor — giving the space a strong physical presence while putting the crowd at the heart of the experience. Rather than simply lighting the room, they became part of its architecture, drawing people together and creating the conditions for connection, movement and collective dance. - Stage design & light creations: @romeodreg @zorabeyeler @la.cluz - Light Design & operation: @maxime.hublim @sarah_josserand & @parall.a.xe team. @chateauperchefestival 2026 Focus on the #barn. Here’s the barn that became the home of Grenier Grivois stage at Château Perché 2026. Surrounded by stone walls and an incredible 12-meter-high timber structure, this enclosed space gave us the perfect playground to explore a different kind of festival experience. A darker, more immersive club atmosphere — deliberately breaking away from the usual codes of open-air summer stages. - Stage design & light creations: @romeodreg @zorabeyeler @la.cluz - Light Design & operation: @maxime.hublim @sarah_josserand & @parall.a.xe team. S/O again to @carra_cp & @elzobo for the booking and the trust over the years. Pics shot by @romeodreg #stagedesign #lightdesign #barnwedding #clubculture
